Richard S Dick, PhD is the Founder and CEO of InteropKey.
Dr. Dick Totally Revolutionized one of America’s largest industries and he also wrote the Book that is internationally credited with launching an entirely new industry! He’s an internationally recognized expert in the electronic health record (EHR) industry and has provided diverse consulting services, addressing technical architecture and extensive business development for many of today’s most successful health IT and EHR companies. Dr. Dick is a serial entrepreneur as such one of his companies built the largest Rx Databases in America (Rx data for 300+ million Americans, updated every 24 hours by all 88,000 + retail pharmacies), and sold that business to United Healthcare. No one has a longer history with HIPAA than does Dr. Dick!

James D Peters is the President of InteropKey, tasked with managing the company at the detailed level.  James has over 40 years of experience as a CEO of multiple successful start-up companies. Earlier in his career he progressed to Senior Executive Management levels in Fujitsu Ltd of Japan, IBM, Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, Bell Canada. In parallel and while engaged in business for Corporate USA, he has also served as a President of a 501C 3 not for profit Corporation with 14 million members, at that time.  James holds degrees in Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Master of Science in Engineering and an MBA, granted by McGill and Concordia Universities in Canada.
